The mission of the Winslow city government is to provide leadership and services that foster a healthy community, while striving for customer satisfaction.

In an effort to provide the community with financial transparency, the City is pleased to introduce the OpenGov Portal.  The OpenGov portal provides the most up-to-date financial data available.  Community members have the ability to manipulate the data by viewing charts and graphs.  Users can view generalized information such as a pie chart showing the budget or specified information such as individual department’s current expenses.

Proposed property tax levy increase for FY1516


The City is proposing an increase in its Primary Property Tax levy from $350,427 this fiscal year to $361,469 next year. A public hearing for citizens input will be held on June 23, 2015 at the regularly scheduled City Council meeting, with the adoption of the new levy amount to take place in July.
