Leadership Academy
The City of Winslow is putting together Neighborhood Committees and scheduling a Citizen's Academy for anyone who wants to learn more about how the City functions. Business Licenses
Business/Peddlers License
All peddlers, solicitors, canvassers, transient merchants, itinerant merchants and itinerant vendors are required to obtain a license pursuant to the following:

Submit application to the City (72 hours processing time).

Furnish fingerprints and photo to be taken by the Winslow Police Department

Pay a one time processing fee of twenty-five dollars ($25) for each peddler, solicitor, canvasser, transient merchant, Itinerant merchant and itinerant vendor.

Pay a daily license fee of ten dollars ($10) or an annual fee of fifty dollars ($50).

Conduct all sales within the commercial zone of the City.

Provide written authorization from the property owner approvling sales on the owner's property.
