Leadership Academy

  • City work force shall make water taps.  Customer pays for tap, labor, material and meter.
  • Sewer taps are the responsibility of the owner.  City permit and inspection required.
  • Work in public right-of-way requires a no-fee Right of Way Permit or an Encroachment Permit, and Blue Stake approval.  Contact the Community Development Department - (928) 289-3204 or 1302.
