Leadership Academy
The City of Winslow is putting together Neighborhood Committees and scheduling a Citizen's Academy for anyone who wants to learn more about how the City functions. may apply for a library card by bringing in something official, (i.e.
driver's license, utility bill, etc.) that has your CURRENT address.There is
no charge for a library card, however, there is a $5.00 charge for
replacement for any reason.
