Items Not Accepted:

• Hazardous waste, prohibited medical waste, dead animals, loads of fly and bottom ash, foundry sand, rocks, rubble, explosives, ordnance, concrete, cement, roof shingles or felt, highly flammable substances and noxious materials, lead-acid batteries, drums and closed containers (unless washed, ends removed and crushed), liquid waste, oil, large items of machinery and equipment from comemrcial or industrial souces, motor vehicles or major components thereof, agricultural equipment, trailers, marine vessels and steel cable; lot loads, and loads of whole tires.
   

Dumping Fees: (which can be paid for in the Finance Department at City Hall)

City Residents - Proof of residency required
                         Domestic use - no charge
                         Private remoldeling (non-commercial) - no charge for the first pick-up load
                                                                                 - Additional pick-up loads are $5.00

Commercial and Non-Residents
                         Pick-up or utility trailer -    $10.00
                         Flat bed truck -                  $20.00
                         Five-yard dump truck -       $45.00
                         Ten-yard dump truck  -       $90.00
