A Public Meeting on the City’s Participation in an
EPA Brownfields Coalition Grant
will be held on October 18 and November 9, 2011,
4:30 PM at City Hall Conference Room,
21 Williamson Avenue

The City of Winslow will participate with the City of Flagstaff in an application for an EPA 2012 Brownfields Coalition Assessment Grant. A coalition grant will provide increased funding to assess properties along the historic Route 66 corridor in Winslow for possible environmental contamination, which will result in further economic development and environmental remediation in our community.  The City of Winslow will hold two Public Meetings, which will educate the community about the grant and provide an opportunity for public comment.  All residents of Winslow are invited to attend and participate.
