The Utility Department includes water, wastewater and sanitation. If you need to establish water and wastewater service, please visit City Hall at 21 Williamson Ave. Fees to establish service are as follows:

NOTE:  Deposits listed in the most current fee schedule supersede any deposit amounts listed on this webpage. Please check with City Hall for official deposit amounts. The deposit and new service fee must be paid before services will be turned on. The transfer fee must be paid prior to the transfer of service.

Monthly Payment for Services:

Utility bills are mailed to the customer around the first of the month and are due by the date specified on the utility bill. If payment is not made by 4 p.m. on the due date specified on the bill, a $20.00 late fee will be assessed to the next month's bill. Utility service will be discontinued if payment is not received by the due date of the next month's bill. Customers will then have to pay the total account balance, pay a $75.00 reconnect fee, bring the deposit up to the maximum of deposit amount set forth in Ordinance #637 ($170-$255) and bring the account current in order to have services restored.
